So you contacted us and got an account on support.woolpert.io. Great! Now how do you access the additional content and ability to open a support ticket?
Your Work Email Address is Key
support.woolpert.com uses your business or organization email address to validate who you are. So regardless which type of authentication you use (email+password or Google Login), that MUST be linked to the email address that is associated with your Woolpert customer account.
What will work
Say you're Alice, and you work at the company Great Scott. Your email address is email@example.com.
If you have a Google account where your PRIMARY email address is firstname.lastname@example.org, you can use Sign in with Google to easily access support.woolpert.io. That is typically the case with a G Suite account, i.e., your company email system is Google's Gmail as part of G Suite.
The same goes for a Microsoft account that is associated with your work email: you can optionally use the Sign in with Microsoft option.
The same goes if you asked Woolpert to provision an account for you by emailing us at CloudSuccess@woolpert.com. You should use your business email address as your login, and you should have a password as part of this initial setup.
What won't work
You cannot sign in using any email other than your business or organization email address. Again, that's because we use your work email as way to determine who you work for, and that in turn let's us figure out that you are a Woolpert customer.
Signing in with a non-work Gmail account will similarly NOT work. For example, AliceFromGreatScott@gmail.com WILL NOT work. Nor will AliceAtGreatScott@hotmail.com or AliceLovesPuppies@outlook.com. It MUST be your work email.
